These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jil8 ("jil8," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jil8 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the jil8 website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

In compliance with PAGCOR KYC requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), jil8 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS card, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to jil8's satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify jil8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jil8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
jil8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP):
jil8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These restrictions are in place to comply with current Philippine payment regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.
The minimum deposit amount on jil8 is ₱100. jil8 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. jil8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. jil8 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, Philippine bank processing schedules, or public holidays.
In accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, jil8 is required to monitor transactions and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. jil8 reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy AML obligations before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jil8 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. jil8 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
jil8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit, and to suspend or close any account, where jil8 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
jil8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, provided the player continues to comply with the applicable terms.
All jil8 casino games that rely on random outcomes — including slots, virtual table games, and bingo — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, jil8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jil8 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original wager.

In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game round, jil8 will endeavour to resolve the round in accordance with the game's published disconnection policy.

jil8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jil8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering a jil8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jil8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
jil8 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to provide the Platform's services (such as payment processing and KYC verification), as required by Philippine law, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
jil8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jil8 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR, and thereafter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
